1- one stage turbo mixer:
Turbo mixer means high speed mixer which can control either with inverter ( driver ) or two speed motor ( Dahlander motor ). one stage turbo mixer included one circle tank that is double-walled for use for hot oil circulations and 2 or 3 blade which mounted on each other and have the vital role for mixing polymer material. you can decrease the mixing time with making the wall of the mixer hot ( if your material need to be warm during mixing process) with heaters or with the hot oil which circulating in double-walled layer. All types of material (Except PVC) can mix with this kind of mixer in order to mix your formulation and homogenizing your material before production.

2- two stage turbo mixer:
Two stage turbo mixer has two double-walled tank which the first stage is same as one stage turbo mixer, and the second stage has 2 or 3 time capacity more than first stage. this mixer is suitable for PVC, because PVC material need to be warm first and then should be cold after hot mixing. The cooling method is with cold water, in this way you need to have chiller device in your factory.

3- banburry mixer:
Mostly use in rubber industry but today some factories use this kind of mixer for materials which contains more powder ( specially mineral powder) like Caco3, Tio2 or talc in their formulation. these mixers are able to give you good distribution for your material. the output material of this types of mixers is melted and is different from above mentioned mixers. in many countries, many factories use this type of mixer for producing high filler compound material.
